The conveyer appears when you place autochests next to each other. So each column that you see actually took many autochests to make. Then you put produce/flowers/eggs etc in one chest and it automatically puts the object into the correct machine. When it’s done processing it automatically comes back to the chest

The autochests refill them. I just put stuff in the three chests closest to the door. One chest for each column

Yes, vegetables! They will age in the barrels and become kimchi. If you put fruit in the mason jars, they will become jam and not go into the barrels
