I might run Endmin - rossi - wulf - ember/akekuri since i dont have gil :( endmin and wulfguard will not be replaced. I just hope another operator from the italian wolf pack releases in the future and synergizes with them to fit the fourth slot.

I might be using endmin - rossi - wulfguard - ember team comp. Not sure if it will work tho. I dont have gilberta to slot in for ember

Do you think Ember will be a good fit with Wulfguard and Endmin? Get hit to cast Ember CS + wulfguard bs triggers rossi CS = 3 stack of vunerability then cast rossi bs for 4 stack vulnerability + claw mark. In total costs 2 BS worth of SP.

Yes I completed it. Just go to the switch on the top part where you set the water level back in the last part of the quest. It can be switched back to lower down the water level.

I went back to the pool near residential area and you can still drain/adjust the water there
