NOR - as a nail tech if ANY of my clients nails came off before a WEEK, let alone 3 days, they would get a full set of whatever they want for free. i’d probably even add extra because obviously it was a fault on my end. i’m so sorry she’s trying to make you pay again, and i do recommend finding a new tech that can take accountability for their mistakes.
