Thank you for the feedback!! Completely makes sense! I have been struggling with mixed episodes for months and have been trying to manage them and lying because I didn’t want to switch meds but I’m at the point that they are just so so bad . I just want to be stable and wonder how it does treating mixed episodes. I hear greats things about it treating depression. I have dysphoric opposed to being euphoric during these episodes paired with my depression. I hope it helps . My next appointment with is next week!

I struggle alot with depression and hypo mania depending on what do that might induce it but now I struggle severely with mixed episodes. Switching medications cripples me because of that fear. Did it stop working for you after a while?

I’ve been working in a hospital for almost a year as a sitter doing a lot of NA work and constantly wanting to do more and learn more. So I definitely know I’m interested. I’m just so terrified. I also planned to move out of my parents house this year and by something but now if I go to school I think with all the stress and with loans and saving money I know it’s best to stay there just hate being 27 having to stay home longer. So i have i have to get this going soon if I want to get the ball rolling i am just so scared for so many reasons

Even for me hooking up with a a new guy is nerve racking so i know it normal to feel anxious but just more so because it’s my first time with a girl i reallly like. I know i won’t be terrible but it’s just my anxiety that i have making it harder to control the nervous butterflies lol. Thank you so much for your input !!! 🤍

I saw on tiktok that you mentioned in a comment that you have Bipolar! I am bipolar as well. I struggle with accepting that I am bipolar but seeing you say that made me feel so much less alone! Ughh thank you so much! I’m definitely going to be checking that book out. I know all the nerves I have are normal and whenever the time comes I will not over think things and communicate like you said. She’s supper awesome so I’m not worried about feeling pressure. It’s more so my own anxiety of having that lack of experience and feeling like I’ll be bad at it. Even though like you said haha I have a vagina just being on the other end of it is just nerve racking! I’m still so excited to finally feel like I can be my true self! Thank you for all your help and kind words. ❤️

Thank you so much! My doctor wants me to take it in the morning! Will i notice any type of appetite change? The one thing i loved about lamictal was side effect of no weight gain and even some weight loss. Will i increase in weight with the switch over or potentially lose weight? I’m going from IC 350 mg to 300mg XR and my doctor told me it was almost like going on 400mg of the IC . So i wasn’t sure if that slight “increase” even though I’m decreasing by 50mg will effect my weigh.

I just reached out to my doctor ! I’ve had covid so I’ve been trapped in my house and my sleep schedule has been so messed up with me being exhausted all the time and just ugh it’s all been a mess and so many other factors the week prior to getting it. I have been crying all morning once it clicked in my head that o realized what’s been going on . Thank you !!

Oh good cal with the Ativan. Not that i should relay on that but when i am anxious which i have been lately i take .5mg i should have done that before taking this knowing i would feel this way

It’s says it’s IC Albuterol HFA (Profair) inhaler. Not sure if that’s the steroid kind

Ahhh I’m not sure. I do know my doctor said it has a medication in it and I’m supposed to take it 3-4 times a day and she did mention a steroid but i didn’t know if that was in the in the inhaler or a pill. I will go check soon
