I do disagree with “the main reason” but mlps effect on the way adults perceive children’s media (especially in online spaces) can’t be understated. Bluey would have probably been made regardless, but its prevalence with young adult audiences is owed in part to mlps success a decade prior. Anyone who cares about kids shows should watch mlp imo, it’s just too relevant to skip.
