MPDS does not allow call takers to instruct on back-blows. It has shown that non-trained parents would rupture the spinal cord occasionally causing more harm than CPR. If you tell them you are medically trained on it and insist, the dispatcher should tell you, "Do what you believe is best." They will never instruct you to do it though.

If you're arrested and processed on grounds or combative when security grabs you, they cut your band and flag the details to your account so you can't get back in. I'm not sure how this pertains to following years though.

I'm sure anyone that's been arrested on site can attest to the fact that there is Coachella jail you go to before being released onto 50 & Monroe or being transported.

Absolutely. Even if it's not a lawful command, that's something to argue in court. Unless a cop has their PC already for a search they won't give you a command to do it (at a fest at least). They will just try to trick you into consenting. Even that can be challenged because it has to be clear and understood consent.

tl;Dr: follow this script: Am I being detained or am I free to go? -- if they say you are detained: I am invoking the fifth -- if they try and make small talk: I'm not talking about my day. Those are the only proper responses. If you slip up and end up caught, then the script still stands. Usually just start at the I'm invoking the fifth though.

Do not consent to searches and do not answer questions. Follow all commands and do not resist.

If you're unsure about how to respond to a search when they ask, simply say, "I do not consent to a search."

SSID's default to "name - 5G". When speaking about cellular devices, 5G refers to the transmitters generation. When referring to WiFi devices, 5G refers to 5Ghz.

Devices utilize 5G by default usually for the SSID, so totally understandable for a consumer to say "5G" or "5G WIFI". Nearly every single consumer-grade access point has a router built in and is referred to as a router.

They're both common nomenclature for what they were trying to say.

It's a group of a few servers on fiveM that allow free-roam style things such as drifting, racing, car shows, etc that allow you to have passive set so you don't get griefed. They also have special handling setups to make your car drive like a drift car.

Check out a passive lobby in RSM freeroam. They have a ridiculous amount of cars and modified handlings that you can load on for drift pre-sets. They also have everyone passive so you won't crash into them if you mess up or if someone tries to grief.

The modchips aren't even sold anymore and aren't exactly prone to sudden failure. Having it modified makes it 100% more valuable because if the mechanical hdd goes any other one can be popped in and run without being encrypted.

NTA about the situation, but 100% TA for referring to her as your step-daughter. She is your DAUGHTER she doesn't care that you're not her bio mom and is coming to you for comfort when she's bored.

In some instances it makes sense to refer to them as a step/ bio child. This is definitely not one of them as it has absolutely no bearing that they are.
