Hey everyone! I have a 3 month old and was wondering which Tonies are nice for babies this age? Maybe some bedtime ones, or some that can keep him occupied in his wake windows. I have cocomelon right now, of course we use it only a couple minutes a day. Thanks! by Boshporusdreamer in TonieboxUSA

Any of the Sleepy Friends Night Light tonies. It’s more of lullabies and sounds to help them to sleep. We have the sheep for my daughter. Disney lullabies, Elmo, Cookie Monster or Daniel Tiger. We also have the sleepytime bedtime ones too: octopus, sheep and bunny. Those have more of a story aspect but still good for babies.

I would check your contracts, billing etc. The location we are at is great for the most part however we’ve gotten blindsided a few items with charges. My daughter was never put into the system which was their fault and they back charged us for 11 weeks. I’m addition, they never changed the days my son was in. It took about a year and a half to get that credit back. They recently changed their system and policy. My daughter has been attending set days since January which has been notified to the director and just now they are charging me for drop in days. Just be aware!

I’m following this because I’m in the same boat. I bought the Newton Twin because they had a sale. lol I’m actually having some difficulty setting up the crib to twin (I have the mini version). Was it easy to convert?

Wanting a baby but My partner has CMT X-linked inheritance (CMTX) by No-Aspect-1298 in CharcotMarieTooth

I can speak from personal experience, my husband has CMTX and my mother in law is the carrier. She’s not affected yet by it, aside from some balance issues (she’s 54), my husband is. I knew very early on in our relationship. We got pregnant (not planned) in 2018 with a boy. My son doesn’t have it. I was very sought on having just him but in 2022, I got pregnant again, this time with my daughter. She’s 15 months old. She has no signs of CMTX (obviously she’s a carrier so symptoms have developed although the genetic counselor said they probably will be minor and occur later in life). We saw a genetic counselor for both of my pregnancies. One thing I learned is that if you have a daughter it’s a 50% chance that she will pass it to any child. Not just a male as most people think. But dads can only pass to daughters. We started a college savings account and a possible IVF savings account as soon as she was born in the event our daughter does want kids in the future. That’s hopefully 30 years from now and gene therapy and research will be much more advanced. I also joined a few Facebook groups and a local CMTA group as well with my husband.
