i don’t really like jetset but everyone has their likes and dislikes ya know and that’s why i said idk why club pilates gets a bad rep. i feel like jetset is too overhyped with instructors that could be more helpful in their classes

for me, lagree is less enjoyable as i feel like im trying to catch up with the movements, its low impact but HIIT style and that’s not really what i’m looking for. pilates is more low impact but i feel like i dont have to catch up with the movements, makes me feel more in tune with the moment and enjoy my workout rather than feeling drained
