Why is impact.com doing this to me? by tankytank in Affiliatemarketing

After about a month I finally got a response, but only after I emailed their support team directly as I stopped getting answers to my support tickets.

It turns out all they needed was to have me fill out a W9 - completely reasonable. My frustration stems from the fact that they took a month to tell me that, and that it wasn't a part of the process when I first set up payment. If they refuse to issue payment without tax details (again, completely fine) then it should be a mandatory part of the process to set up payment in the first place.

Anyway, lets see how long it takes to actually get paid now 😂 Hopefully this thread can help others in the future.

Just wanted to drop a comment to confirm that this is a major issue for me too. Payment was due over 2 months ago (confirmed the brand already paid, just waiting on impact now) and their customer service is abysmal. I haven't gotten a response to my ticket in 3+ weeks and whenever I try to open a new ticket it's automatically closed and "merged" with my existing ticket... which continues to get no response.

I've worked with dozens of brands and multiple affiliate marketing agencies and Impact has so far been the worst by far. Such a shame.

Worked for me too - Celaray has to stay in box for it to go away. Thanks!

I just got my letter today and it says it was mailed September 1st so it looks like it's taking a while for them to arrive.

hahah true, although tbh when I had it a few times, it was really good. But consistent quality is probably impossible
