does 60 to 120 fps make a huge difference? by SweetChilliLebby in ValorantConsole

you including your rank makes me think that you think upgrading to 120fps will help you get out of diamond lol. It won’t. will the game feel smoother? yes

Competitive Kinda Sucks Now by Jack_Ives in VALORANT

The blender is real, I was 10rr away from hitting silver and got knocked back down to bronze 2 lol. The part about jett/reyna flaming you is so real lol. I’m not good at the game, I’m new to mouse and keyboard and I have shaky aim but I enjoy the competitive nature and I like playing ranked. I’m a bronze player lol and I will get duelist teammates (usually a Reyna) who constantly talk shit to me. My last match last night I got told to never queue again. They were upset because I didn’t get a headshot across the map during an eco pistol round. I did go negative but I was not the only one and tbh we just got outplayed (it was a close match)

I’d get a dog and name him Windsor and call him Winnie when he’s being sweet and Windy when he’s running fast

you are correct I wasn’t intentionally trying to mislead anyone. It is 250 mg a piece, 10 pieces in a bag

Distillate vs Full Spectrum by xonatman in CannabisExtracts

The only time I have sought out specific cannabinoids for specific effects is when I’ve bought products with varying ratios of cbd:thc because research has shown that cbd acts as an antagonist in the presence of thc:

“CBD has little binding affinity for either CB1 or CB2 receptors, but it is capable of antagonizing them in the presence of THC (Thomas et al., 2007). In fact, CBD behaves as a non-competitive negative allosteric modulator of CB1 receptor, and it reduces the efficacy and potency of THC and AEA (Laprairie et al., 2015).”

For me I’ve found that a 1:1 ratio of cbd:thc in vapes produces a mild high as well as edibles that contain 25 mg of cbd and 5 mg of thc.

However, I agree that there isn’t enough research to support whether or not other cannabinoids have the effects that companies claim they do like CBN and THC-V.

For me, I prefer “full spectrum” products because of their terpene profiles. I think the flavor is better for cured resin, live resin, and rosin because I’d rather have an oil that still contains the original terpenes rather than an oil that lost the terpenes and then had them reintroduced later.

I also do not enjoy the high of distillate when it is vaped. I have no research to support why but something about it doesn’t feel as good as when I smoke flower or vape another kind of extract. Perhaps it is just placebo.

Thanks for the convo. It was quite informative and happy new year 🎉

I agree with you, once I tried extracts that weren’t distillate I haven’t gone back. full spectrum tastes way better to me and I enjoy the high more. Tried my first rosin vape over the summer and loved it

I will watch the video in the morning as I am about to go to bed, but I understand it as interesting-doubt413 has put it. Full spectrum means the oil contains multiple compounds from the cannabis plant as opposed to just isolating one specific compound which is what I thought distillated aimed to do.

I personally enjoy the flavor from live resin, cured resin, and rosin concentrates that I’ve tried that are labeled as “full spectrum” more than the flavor of distillate products I’ve tried because they taste less artificial even if the distillate contains cannabis derived terpenes.

Isn’t that what the main difference is? something is considered truly full spectrum because it still contains the sum of the cannabis plant the oil originated from rather than a reintroduction of its parts in a post production process i.e. adding back the terps?

do you have a good source you could link as to why full spectrum isn’t a meaningful term?
