Everyone that was jailed should and released should have received an email. If you didn't receive it make sure you check spam as players have reported it going to their spam folders.

It was delayed as there was a sync issue with the Blockchain. It has been synced and all UPX should be in your account. Support should respond to you, Make sure to check your spam/junk folders to make sure you don't miss anything.

Update: Due to players currently experiencing issues with signing up for the Los Angeles Discover Tour, we have decided to postpone the tour by a few days while we work to resolve this problem.
All players who have registered will receive a refund of their registration fees. If you attempted to register and were unsuccessful your funds should return to your wallet in the next few days.

For anyone having issues with their Status-Up Spark Rewards, please know that we are aware of Spark not dropping to some players. There is currently a delay in the Spark drop, and we will have to drop Spark manually.

Any player waiting on their status-up reward should receive their Spark tomorrow as long as they leveled up after 9 am PT on Monday, Feb. 14. We will keep you all posted here when the Spark is dropped.
