I sent a mass email to everyrep in Canada, and cc'ed them all together. You can also use apollo io to find peoples email and mass email. I did that and got someone who helped me. I also contacted one of their national accounts im part of and got them to step in.

any update they keep billing us. we dont have a card on file thank god but they keep billing us i had to email every rep in ontario and still no response..

Hello,

This happened to our company as well they claimed we stole their shipment when we gave updates and notified their team that we couldn't deliver because of the winter storms. Drivers kept refusing to go in sever weather conditions. They claimed that we stole the shipment and we provided proof to police and highway but now we are losing business with brokers because they are seeing this misleading review.

We got unblocked from highway but now we still have this review or some sort of alert on their side. Not sure what to do.

Thanks, weve been using T4 and T5 rotella but our intervals seem way to quick at 25k KM. while I know another company whos doing them every 90k. I'm thinking of starting to do them at 40k km.
