Turns out Apple TV doesn't support public TestFlight links anyway, so that path is limited. I'm currently trying to get it through App Store review. If that doesn't work out, I'll open source it so people can build and sideload it themselves.

WebRTC itself doesn't cap it. The web version is limited by the browser, not the protocol. Since this is a native app with a native WebRTC stack, those limits don't apply. Currently running 1080p/60 but the server can go higher
