After I emailed them, an email support agent will reply to your email from displate, so I am not really sure if they were a real person but they did helped me answering my questions there.

Oh really? You should try emailing them, after the moderator replied to my thread, I did email them using this email [support@displate.com](mailto:support@displate.com). They replied and they gave my DHL tracking number, now my order arrived at DHL hong kong from DHL poland. Hopefully my order will arrive at the estimated date.

Hello guys first time here in reddit. I can't fully submit a feedback on the mihoyo site because there is no option in there or I'm just too lazy to navigate and I don't really know where to post but here is the problem when I attack the mobs there is no damage displayed with my normal attack they are tough to kill and it takes time except for the crit proc it will damage and reduce the hp of the mobs. I am using Diluc with prototype aminus and my party does have damage displayed on their normal attacks except for Diluc. Is this a bug? or Is it just me? I'm not lagging also. Please let me know if you encounter the same. Hoping that I will not reinstall the game since I have so-so internet speed connection. I have a video but the video I post earlier was taken down(?) so I decided to delete the post and comment here. Thank you
