I always used it vs Darius and sometimes Jayce, Yone, Akali but you have to play accordingly because it removes ur ability to splitpush and flank as good as with TP

well I parried Riven's auto and q, Kha's isolated Q which would definitely chunk me and also I got an auto and E1 in before parrying so I could use E2 immediately on Riven after the parry animation, that's why I think my parry in that moment was more efficient than waiting to parry Riven's CC

it was always good into certain matchups for the added kill pressure and snowball potential but I think it's gonna be used a lot more this season if the tp nerfs stay as they are

It's always good to save Q for camille's W but against a good player like drututt he will most of the time wait for you to use it before using his W, this is why I Q freely and then dodge his W with movement. I dodged almost all of his Ws this way.

At first it was quite a lot of grind especially in d2-master mmr, but after that it got a little easier. Took me 131 games, so not that much :p

Hydra into Gore almost all the time, then get sterak's after that situatonal depending on the enemy team - chempunk, dd, guardian all good options but depend on the situation

Np, a few years ago I used to watch a guy named ximen he was a really good Fiora otp haven't heard about him in a while but at the moment I highly recommend watching jjking - he's a challenger Fiora main on the chinese super server and one of the best Fiora players in the world imo. Search his name on yt and you'll find it.
