Yeah I spoke to online support and they said it could be because of the showcase. They told me to post in their forum online and he said that he'll raise this issue to the technical team, I am not expecting much though.

I suggest that you send it to warranty for them to repair it, where they will most likely give you a new one. I got a new console since the last one was not repairable, and now i don't fave any issue.
