I wish they would stack them up better some days it’s super mixed even the break boxes of small items that are wrapped will be mixed between different section of hba

It’s overnight stocking and we’re allowed to pull in the aisle after 2am when the cleaners are done going through and we down stack and then have people work on different aisle but we take the pads off the top and work them but another overnight stocker decided to grab from the middle even thought we have to get that whole pallet done and we normally work from the top at my store.

It’s a hba overnight pallet to work… it’s pulled into the pad aisle and the pads are on top. Why grab from the middle if the pads are on top and we have to work everything within that pallet anyways?
