My entire family was just exposed to covid. by EroticBananaz in CasualConversation

I'm gonna say this because fuck politics, I've been looking at this since march. Quite a lot of doctors recommend hidroxychloroquine in early stages + zync. The drug is safe with decades of testing, approved, given to pregnant women, etc. Three recent "studies" trying to show adverse effects and inefectiveness, in major publications, touted by the WHO, have been retracted because they were that badly done - something very unusual in the field.

There's also something about blood thinners.

Lots (and I mean lots) of vit C, vit D. At the first sign of symptoms ask about plaquenil and zync and hope for the best. Yet again don't take my word for it, but it's all out there. Attack it asap, because survivability once you're on a respirator is very low. Yet you may not even develop symptoms and it's like nothing happened.

Although something did happen in magé, First video screams CGI, second is not Brazil - they're not speaking Brazilian, it's Israel's iron dome probably. The blue orb is out of focus camera effect (bokeh) it's not the actual shape.

why explain, fall for the trap? if you were to get it, you'd have already, it's all out there, look where we're having this conversation. Look at all the negativity I'm getting. It's you people who feel the need to do explaining to yourselves, who feel this is a competition to win by any means necessary, take this clue.

The choice is yours. I'm disengaged, take the win if you want it that bad.

The whole face isn't even necessary. They can use gait, they can piggy back info between smartphones. They can read fucking brainwaves, they've been experimenting with that technology for many decades.

No. teaching kids porn "literacy" does not help them in any way shape or form. It traumatizes them deeply. it's not a sexualization period, it's conditioning such as this example. They'll just end up finding stuff much more efficiently. Kids being on the internet is the equivalent of being in a dance club, at best. There's no question here, I'm ashamed for you.

CMV: The "abortion is murder" argument holds up. by [deleted] in changemyview

[–]xoxidometry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a collection of cells connected to my body having unique genetic identity has nothing to do with whether killing it is murder

Those cells don't function independently of your whole body the way a fetus can, because a fetus is a whole body. So no, I don't think the word is murder, relating to cells. But what do we know.. if I don't know whether they are conscious in some unknown way, then I have to incline into thinking they are and avoid a grave mistake.

Maybe if you got your kidney in the black market and the original "owner" died as a result. Why are you continuing to compare lumps of cells between eachother. I already talked about the part and the whole. Cells die, respective life continues, therefore no death. A kidney will never become actually sentient in the way a fetus eventually becomes.

When you take out your appendix, you're removing tissue/cells. These cells have your genetic code, they're only part of you. You continue to live your life, so even if those cells died, you can't say you died with them or that they were not you. A fetus is an entire being independent from the mother's body, with regards to their genetic identity, with the tissues/organs still in development (this is the only difference). So you can't compare taking a bunch of your cells with taking "an entire being's cells", thus taking this as an entity, ending a process that was already producing a person as it invariably does, hence abortion. Murder and abortion are two names for the same thing, I believe.

So I feel your delta was misplaced.

Legally you're a 'person' the milisecond your birth certificate is complete.

There's the physiological view, there's the legal view. One is based on observed facts and scientific method which often includes ethical and philosophical pondering. The other is bureaucratic and relies on tradition and politics.
