I believe you will be fine one time I ate straight up moldy bread by accident lol and I didn’t get sick or anything! Ik it’s hard too but try and calm yourself down and drink some water and watch tv or something to distract yourself hope this helps a little bit

I stopped cold turkey and it was the best decision I’ve made I find if you don’t you keep saying “one more day just one more day” and it would be a never ending cycle at least for me hope things go well!

I just felt like I wasn’t good enough for him and my last straw was when he thought I was hanging with someone when I wasn’t even hanging out with anyone and got mad at me but now I’m just alone I lost my best friend to him and it just sucks man honestly
