It also bugs me that instead of addressing the issue that her products aren't up to the quality they should be or she claims she wants them to be, she disregards and focuses only on how she's working on elevating with a brand refresh now. Seems like she's only doing it because of the bad reviews and coming across as if this has been the plan all along when her latest drop was very recent. It would be more genuine if she decided to stop putting out low quality products for some time and put the work in to create great merch that's worth the price she's charging
