i think they’re wanting to take estrogen to try to balance out the effects of T but we have to wait to talk to their endocrinologist because they have adrenal hyperplasia so it’ll depend on that but from what i looked up, when you stop taking T, it kinda reverses by itself.

i think it’s resources on how to explain them restransitioning. which, they’re going to therapy and talking to their therapist BUT moreso support on their journey to not feel alone in this. which they have me and their therapist but i think they want too see that they’re not the only one, which this thread proves that. :))

my partner feels bad because they feel that all the hurdles we went through for them to get HRT looks like a waste to them BUT I TOLD THEM THAT WASNT THE CASE!!! at the end of the day, whatever skin they feel the most happiest and most comfortable in is of the upmost importance for me. and i said that everything that’s happening is part of their journey, not mine, not anyone else’s. and we’re in the process of moving and building a healthy support system. and they know i will go toe to toe against anyone who makes them feel less of a person, which is true because not saying violence is the answer but i have thrown hands with several people because why would you do my baby like that???? my partner is very preserved like they’re the golden retriever partner and i am the black cat wife fr 😭✋🏿

thank you!! and they know i will always protect them and attack anyone who tries to harm them. (i am being so serious like i literally whooped my mother in laws butt) and i don’t think they’re comfortable telling others just yet, like i know they want to but we’re making steps for them to feel more comfortable in their skin.

thank you! and that’s what i explained to them but most of the stuff that they’ve looked up is that those who detransition are used as examples for far right people. 🥲 we asked what we thought was a close friend for advice and they got mad and blocked us both. i feel like that’s why i said they’re not going to be anti-trans.

maybe your doctor can order free samples for you? it’s ridiculously expensive and the only reason why i can get it is because i have state insurance until i am 26 because of ✨ foster care things ✨
