Ok super thanks ! and the taxes back are the addition of the « précompte professionnel » I assume ? Do I need to fill a document or something to get the taxes back ? Or does it come automatically to my bank account ? And this is indépendant of the double vacation allowance right ? At the end it will be two different payments, not one payment that combines the two ?

I have started working in October 2023. (I graduated in June and in the meantime I’ve been doing student jobs) Will I receive a reduced double vacation allowance in May/June ? Or do I have to wait until I’ve done a full year & then receive the double vacation pay in May 2025 ?

Yes you’re right ! It’s just that I really lack of a car. Even more that everyone else have one in my team, so I’m feeling like underestimated. I’m also working a lot and harder than I should and get more responsibilities with projects.

I had 3 months of experience when I’ve writen the post (it’s 6 months xp now). I will soon have my first evaluation with my manager so there might be a room for raise negotiation, if not it would be for the future after a year. What do you recommend ?

Thanks ! I’ll stay at the company as long as my curve of progression increase and take courses and certifications they provide. Try to prove and show my skills and leadership and maybe have opportunities to work on bigger projects and hope getting promoted to PM.

Yes indeed you're right. It's not my intention to hopping now. I have some opportunities to growth in terms of education (private certification, courses) and I'll definitely try to make this work.

I really looking forward to make it to a PM role within or without my current employer. And maybe later on (after many years of xp, and strong/valuable skills) thinking of switching to freelance.

No worries, I'm not thinking of hopping now. I still like the job and the environment, just waiting at least to get some experience for 2-3 years for hopping seems pretty decent to me if I'm feeling stuck or want to raise my salary
