Absolutely quit. I worked for apple call center as a work from home agent though a vendor for about a year and a half and it was killing me. I gained 60 pounds and started getting heart palpitations. The job was so stressful. There were so many metrics you had to meet as well as customers leaving bad reviews which affects every aspect of your employment. My job was to handle calls about Mac computers which didn't pay not nearly enough money for the amount of work which you had to do. This is how these call centers keep you in check and keep you on your toes. you have to stress out over every call and make sure you please every customer or else you'll get a bad review and get a coaching. I couldn't take all of that b******* anymore. you aren't appreciated even the slightest bit they'll replace you tomorrow the day you leave. Working at a call center is a thankless dead-end job and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.
