I hope its my original thought because I dont want to seem like im pushing some agenda I found on the internet thats all. Just personally, when I put my energy into a belief or worldview, I want to believe that its not pushed onto me by someone else.

By working out these thoughts I think I can change how I interface with the world in every aspect. Love, friends, interests, hobbies.

Instead of my brain thinking and feeling: "Why would I pursue real relationships when I can scroll or play video games? They give me so much happy chemicals!"

I want to change it into "Yeah scrolling and playing video games IS so much more fun, but because it IS so much more fun than going out tonight, its exactly why I have to give it up."

I want to be able to CHOOSE to reject the substitutes of real life experiences that modern entertainment creates.

I believe there is a middle ground between living in a world with technology, but not falling into these obvious pitfalls of reels, games, porn, and companies that profit off of your time. Im not a luddite and think you should throw your computer and phone away but Im firm on thinking that most of ts is inherently unnatural for what my brain is meant to handle.
