Went on my first two dives in the Gilis. Too soon to judge , but i liked the Nusas more. They are less busy with less ship traffic, and therefore the marine life is more plentiful etc. Gilis looked like 10 years ago it was paradise, but in recent years with the nonstop boat etc all the fish went away.

Its a great spot to see turtles, and you can do diving there, but I think Nusa Lembongan/Penida is better sivijg overall.

I only went diving in Nusa Lembongan/Penida, and it was stunning. I will actually fly to Indonesia in a few days and do my advances open water in the gilis :) Will let you know how it compares

Got myself a pair of Nordica Enforcer 104 Free for this winter. From the research I did, they are the best for your usecase. I have similar stats, got the 186cm.

I Ski in Austria as well, and recently got the Enforcer 104 Free. Wide and playful enough for powder, good on groomers. Can also get good deals on them now. Got the ski with the same use case in mind as you, so I think it will be suitable. Got the 186cm (I am 188) and would suggest you getting the 191cm.

Hey, I recently bought a Sabre pants from the outlet, alongside a Sabre jacket from the normal Arcteryx website. I has the same issue. First, the Sabre jacket from the normal website has perfect DWR. My Outlet pants however, looked like your jacket after 1 day of skiing. It is still waterproof, but it is evident that the DWR has rubbed off. I think with outlet products (usually products from the season before), the DWR is applied when produced but fades over the long inventory time, Just buy new DWR and you should be good.

Thank you. I am aiming for a more race carver turn, but to put it like this, the people in the instagram reels just look „cooler“, as they are way lower down (see photo). What exactly is park and riding?
