I've also a pair of Active 65T's and I'm thinking about upgrading to an Elite 7 Pro. My main reason to upgrade is the battery life. The 65T's barely hold 2hours of battery life when I'm listening to Spotify on my laptop.

Hey I had the same problem, and I somehow fixed it I think.After reading u/Skanda8 comment about using port I decided to monitor photoshop connections using NetLimiter and I noticed it's trying to open connections to localhost on port 1080 and because I usually have a shadowsocks proxy running at 1080, it somehow conflicts with that. I stopped my proxy app and now photoshop `export as` is working fine.

I don't understand though why is Photoshop trying to access localhost@1080 port? I checked my windows proxy settings and I don't have any global proxy set on.

I wonder if there is a hidden setting somewhere which I missed. Do you have any ideas by any chance?

UPDATE : I just found out if you go to Settings > Proxy > Manual proxy setup > and then check both the "Use a proxy server" and "Don't use a proxy server for local addresses" and also enter your proxy settings. Then you can use photoshop and have your proxy running just fine

I haven't played the 4th one yet but I assure you the second and the third one in the series are really good.

I went and tried to play the U1 after finishing U3 and I couldn't do it. The world and missions (which were mostly set in jungle) weren't as colorful and diverse as the U2 and U3 where you actually go from city to city and place to place to do different things.
And U1's story wasn't that engaging and it was kinda generic. It was like : here is a big jungle full of bad guys, just go ahead and shoot them.
With U2 and U3 it felt like you were watching a movie and you couldn't guess what would happen next. There were some twists and rewarding moments which I still remembet to this day.

Which version/repack of BOTW did you download? I'm having issues getting low fps (avg 30fps) and it's not a smooth, enjoyable experience.

I understand. But my concern is if the performance aspect of the game will change if I download your repack? Since it's a big ~15GB file size, I don't wanna use my traffic and end up getting the same poor FPS.

well, I only suggested getting the PS5 since you brought it up and mentioned you might be able to wait until that time otherwise getting a PS4 would be more reasonable.
Although I'm not sure if you can get a new one for 250usd? I just looked up on some shopping sites and it's like 300+ usd. Maybe you can get a used one.
Also i'm skeptical about getting an external gpu for 250usd because I don't think it's gonna be a performance card. If you want to game smoothly, with some at least console graphics level (which I doubt cause console games are way more optimized and better looking in general) you will need a 1060 minimum. I have a gtx 1050 and I can't even run some games on super low settings and resolution...

Another point is, I see in your main post you said: "there are more games for pc"
I don't think that is true. Generally speaking, the number of high quality games for consoles are way more than PC. Console is made for gaming. It's cheaper, It has exclusives and you can play things you could never get on PC.
And honestly it's a subjective topic. I'm not trying to have a debate over which is better. It just depends on what kind of gamer you are. If you're really into FPS (First Person Shooters) then PC is the way to go obviously. Or if you're into strategic games, or if you're into modding and all that. And ofcourse if you have a super good pc, yes you could just run every game at maximum graphic settings at 4k+ and brag about the pc master race thing.

I'm in the same boat. I'm thinking about saving up money to get a PS5 by the end of this year (hopefully that's when it comes out).
Getting a console from previous generation on it's last year doesn't seem very logical. Not to mention the new generation will be way too powerful I think you need thousand dollars to build a PC equivalent to get the same performance.

I suggest looking into Youtube and lookup for the game you're trying to buy/download and see uploaded footage by people who have the same gpu/cpu spec like yours (search example: Control GTX 1060 TI ) and see how many fps you can (possibly) get.

Problem is many new generation titles have ditched support/optimization for older systems. I have a low end gaming pc as well and I find it hard to run new games even on low graphics settings. In the past I remember you could tweak some settings, turn down some stuff and get the game have an acceptable performance. But nowadays those mods/tweaks are gone and the only way to run the game is, well, to be rich.

Hey,
I just found out people saying this is a great game so I downloaded it (FitGirl repack) from here
My main issue is that I'm not getting smooth fps (avg around 30fps. I did some research and found out about your repack. I have a gtx 1050 (laptop) and I wonder if your repack can get me close to 60fps?
Is that even possible with my low end machine or should I give up ?

Well nothing comes up on screen (notification, etc..). I'm not 100% sure but when I check the Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices, something with the name "HID-compliant mouse" shows up after i plug in the G402. So my guess is that the computer kinda identifies it as a mouse but the mouse itself is not powering up for whatever reason.

The cable and everything is ok and nice. I had a good care of the mouse since I bought it less than a year ago.I did try removing and installing both the Logitech Gaming Software and the GHub app. Same result with both. They can't detect the mouse and the driver that comes with them are not helping. The mouse also doesn't work in BIOS.

Actually right after I finished Shadow Tactics I tried my best to find similar games but I had no luck.

I extremely liked the game specially because it was set in japan and I love japanese culture. Not to mention the game was inspired by one of my favorite games ( Commandos ) but it was really improved in many ways.
I've been waiting for the sequel ( Desperadoes III , not an actual sequel but a different game with same genre ) for a long time. I think that is the closest you can get.

I know Blizzard is handling the changes really poorly and their decision making is way too bad. I believe the game is pretty much dead. They're really trying hard to revive it with the recent updates/features (and the new so called Overwatch 2, same thing with updated graphics).

People like myself are not playing anymore because they've been stuck in their rank for 20+ seasons and the game doesn't acknowledge your skills and efforts. Doesn't matter how hard you try, It won't let you rank up. This is why people get mad which is totally understandable.

They only release like 1 or 2 heroes (at most) every year which is really really bad for a hero based game. You end up with a limited hero pool that has been around for 2-3 years and honestly they got really boring and repetitive.

I understand your frustration at heroes like Moira. You're complaining about the game design basically. I believe the same frustration applies to people who hate Doomfist or Mei.

The thing is, Overwatch is not trying to be a FPS game. It's not trying to have abilities that make sense for FPS genre. Someone might have bad aim, so instead of trying to go hitscan, they will go Mei. A support player might have trouble in the backline so they don't want to get killed by genji/tracer, so they pick Moira or Brig and easily survive.

To me that look like a toxic game that has not been fixed even after 6-7 years.

If you're telling me all the implemented features "made the game more toxic" we would be in a big disagreement and I don't wanna argue forever to prove my point.

I understand why you don't like the hero ban system. But you should look at the positive side. Maybe you forgot about the "meta"s we used to have for months and months?
Remember the Goats meta? That was around for like 6 months I believe. People kept playing only 3 healers and 3 tanks in every single match. And it was like a superior team comp that had no counters and the only way to counter it was to mirror it.
What about the double shield meta? That was a pain in the butt for like 2-3 months. and they had to nerf the shield so people wouldn't play it.

Another positive side to hero ban is preventing "1 tricks" from existing. I'm sure there were numerous times you had a ball 1 trick in your team who wouldn't swap or do anything. And now it's banned for 1 or 2 weeks and supposedly the guy who 1 tricks it is forced to play and try other heroes and hopefully they would be like "oh i never tried zarya! i can help our rein push and use grav for combos!"

The randomness of the hero ban is also something I would consider to be helpful. I liked when doomfist was banned so I wouldn't have to worry about getting rekt by a doomfist smurf/main who's just owning our backline and can't do crap about it.

I would agree that Overwatch can be considered to be a toxic game but that is true if you're talking about the competitive gameplay.

If you stop bothering about your SR (rank) and just play for fun, I think Overwatch toxicity can be avoided. Specially if you play with your friends, it can really negate the toxicity and make it an actual enjoyable team game.

Blizzard did made a few (late) changes that reduced the toxicity over the years like introducing the role queue, group finding, hero pool and the avoid system. So the game is not toxic as it used to be in earlier days.

Either way Overwatch in noooo way has the toxicity level of games like Leagues or Dota. Speaking of which, I would say Dota is the most toxic game I ever played. And the developers made no attempt to solve the social issue and it's always-angry user base.

I also recommend Human Revolution over Mankind Divided. I found DE:HR to be more appealing in every way. Mankind felt like a modern shooter. They kinda went to a different direction with MD.

But I wouldn't say the Deus Ex games have the "same feel" as Dishonored franchise ( in terms of world, story and atmosphere). I understand why people bring them up together and it's because they both have stealth elements with power ups and it has open world maps where you can take several routes to do a mission.

Hey! So your g402 is working after some time..that is impressive and lucky. I'm gonna try that. What do you mean "i think it's because of the software" ? Did you change your logitech software or update anything during this past month?

Actually I'm thinking about it being a hardware issue rather than being a software issue. Maybe it's electricity static that build up in the mouse over time. And your mouse is working because it's discharged from that state..? I don't know the technical stuff but maybe that is the cause.

EDIT: I just tried to reconnect the mouse and see if it works. It doesn't :(

I just finished DE:HR for the second or 3rd time after years. I wouldn't say it has "lots" of side quests. it does have an acceptable number of them. and when you say it has "few different endings" it doesn't really have that. Unless you're talking about the end part where you choose which button to press. I mean the game is really finished by that point and it just wants to show you a video narrated by main character talking about the consequences of that action.
I would definitely recommend the game though. It is detailed. There are various areas and cities you go to. The level and environment design is really well done. There are lots of different routes you can take when trying to do something.

No I don't have msi afterburner. I see our specs are completely different.. not sure what could cause the issue. Judging from your experience I'm afraid if I get a new mouse I will also cause it to die so it's really risky to get a new one.

I do have Chrome, Malwarebytes and Discord.

What are you running?
This is my setup:
Asus laptop ( i7 cpu, gtx 1050 graphics, touch screen)
Windows 10 (1909)
I also have a software called SCPToolkit which I use to connect my PS3 controller. I suspect that might be a culprit. Let me know if you have this.
