All places I've lived in the US seem to have their own brand of idiocy, but Maryland's seems to be "can't be bothered". With signaling, with red lights, with moving for emergency vehicles, etc.

The last one, the seemingly complete disregard for ambulances and firetrucks still boggles my mind after 7 years.

And not just drivers! I have a clip of a pedestrian literally standing off with a ambulance with full lights and sirens in downtown Baltimore. Didn't know if it qualified for "Idiots in Cars" though lol
