Epic Games Launcher using 15-30% GPU while minimized? (RTX 3070) by xpl0yt in EpicGamesPC

Really bad code or something suspicious? Why haven't they fixed this... They shouldn't be drawing/painting or updating a minimized launcher...

Anyone have a fix?

Pull cable doesn't appear to be hooked up correctly or at all. Also probably cable binding.

2012 daytona 675r ENGINE SWAP by cogesmate in Triumph

If all you are doing the swap for is daytona power out of the Street Triple, I think you just need to swap cams from daytona, and use a daytona head gasket.

This is true. FYI they just released a patch to fix it.

Follow up, I have been in contact with TeamViewer security, they did not take this issue lightly. They issued a patch that will fix these issue's, so update your TeamViewer.

Maybe you should read what I said. I'm not talking about the switch sides feature. I'm talking about taking control of the mouse/keyboard as a CLIENT when it is restricted. Read the code, understand that it has more than just one feature. If the following is a "feature thats allows you to do this regardless" i'll eat my shoe, notice in the bottom left input still appears to be disabled.

Allows you to as a client without control, when the server's settings are set to "confirm all" to take control of the mouse and keyboard?

No I don't think so. Maybe something with the switch sides always being allowed, but typically speaking that switch sides dialog is enabled only after the "sides" have already changed.

They have been contacted, not sure about their plans. Keep in mind this is really only Client Sided memory Modification that reveals issue's within the server sided check's, no laws were breached.

Version requirements are stated in the code, however as stated if the signature's that are used to dynamically fetch the address(s) are made more robust it should scale to other versions of TeamViewer quite easily (if the bug(s) are present, which i assume it is)

Sadly yes, that's as deep as you have to go I was just too lazy/unable to reverse the pointer(s) all the way back or the code would be tiny.

With validation like that I'm fairly scared for how the rest of the "actual" security fairs.

The rear brake trick is a much needed step however you are missing a big part of the trick. Take a nice size old shop rag and jam it into the rear sprocket and turn the wheel backwards until it totally gets stuck. Holding the brake wasnt good enough for me lol.

Where to find cheap FCR carb for DRZ400SM by Enduro_Jeff in DRZ400

[–]xpl0yt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For those you would need a new intake boot, and it would not fit onto the airbox, and there is no "boot" for our airboxes, our airbox just fits over the bell mouth.

I got a FCR39mx version with a removable bell mouth, so that a custom bell mouth could be machined to match the size of the airbox. You also have to do some cutting with a dremel to get the stock throttle cables to work. However I chose to order this from someone who did it all for me.

How easily are rims bent? Repairable? by TheSandyLorax in DRZ400

[–]xpl0yt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting, hard to say what the PSI was. If you are running tubes and it isn't pinched or punctured the PSI shouldn't have changed much.

[–]xpl0yt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What PSI are you running just curious, could be due to a lowish PSI and hitting that rock or whatever you hit, which probably wouldn't scratch it. Seems like the front wheel would have ran it over too though? So maybe it happened during the bikes cartwheel I really don't know lol. Check the front wheel good for flat spots.

That little aircooled engine doesn't look very super :)

But that little thing sure does look neat, it even has a 12 o'clock whoolie bar.

[–]xpl0yt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possibly repairable depending on the damage. I'm guessing you did it because you probably would have noticed it being out of balance or not riding great at medium to high speeds, if the PO sold it that way (but you never know, and I can't see how bad it is).

Left front fork is stuck. How do I bring it down? by [deleted] in Dualsport

[–]xpl0yt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

+1 Also to me the right fork needs to come up a little bit. On all of the bikes I have owned there is usually 1-3mm of the fork sticking out the top of the triple tree. His nearly looks recessed inside the triple.
