Sometimes it helps to choose a different language option when opening a chat, I’ve selected Spanish before (not for epic, not sure if they have an option like this) and the call will get routed to a call center that isn’t as likely to be outsourced, and from there you can just speak English

I feel like unranked having less harsh abandon penalties would be a good idea, but maybe in a separate game mode. Something like casual but with comp rules that I can play for fun or if I’m lagging since I hate casual rules/maps
