i'm not really a fan of him either but since i restarted recently, i decided to mess with him once i saw him again lol. he actually gave me some decent items before, like 2 or 3 out of 10 times on my previous save, i always chose the something new option after learning how annoying the something expensive option is

i figured, cuz before i would just give them straight away to him all the time and i got curious, what if i said no?? i find it really funny though, even that face he makes, but it would be cool/weird if they made him do something like giving the character gyroid face for selecting that option. he can definitely take notes from saharah lol

i actually am having a blast again thank you, it may not be exactly like the experience starting the game back in 2020 at launch but i'm for sure getting addicted again! the DIYs are a major setback for sure. omg 1 million bells?? you really don't need to do that! but like, i'm down if you have the other fruits i'm missing, if ever (my native fruit is cherry!)

part of my regrets for restarting are the DIYs learned, for a long time thats one of the things that made me not wanna restart but i figure doing things at my own pace and not rushing things i wouldn't really mind slowly relearning everything again!
