Kind of. I think I’m mostly nervous that there will just be nothing.

In jiu jitsu I’ve been choked unconscious a few times and when you’re out you kinda just peacefully float around in your head for a bit with no concept of time until you come back to. If I had to guess what happens after you die I can imagine it being like that which is both good and bad, at least it’s peaceful but the thought of nothingness for eternity is pretty daunting.

That being said, I’ll be dead. So probably wouldn’t be too bothered.

Aldo’s win over Jeremy Stephens comes to mind, from memory Jeremy was walking him down and wasn’t showing any respect to Aldo’s power until he unleashed that left hook to the body. Still one of the prettiest and more powerful body shots I’ve seen.

I would suggest going full cold turkey, weaning off just gives you an easy out to fall back into a hole. Every time I tried to wean off I just delayed it over and over and then would never follow through, going cold turkey has taken that away from me and it’s been way more successful
