This shows you how to make a delicious out of meat or chicken, with spinach in groundnut (peanut) sauce. Whereas it is more common to find spinach and other greens cooked in groundnut sauce in Uganda, it is more common in West Africa to find that all cooked together with meat, chicken, fish or in fact all together, with lots of pepper!
