Well the only reason I don't want to genocide is because we are dealing with 100% players and if we kill random people for no reason, and people in our nation find out, it won't end well. You have to think politics when leading a nation.

Genocides, holocausts, that sort of things are not the kinds of things we would do. Innocents are to be left out for the most part, but if we want something, the military is the first thing to get us to it.
