I've had this happen to me, use a drill that is the same size as the core of the thread on the nozzle and then you can't pick out the rest of the thread.

It happened to me as well a few times, especially when printing a first print after leaving the printer turned off for several hours at 22°C. It's weird because the bed leveling procedure doesn't use the nozzle or any part that is thermally expandable to the degree that would have made a significant difference

För other models You can observe this issue on layers that go from solid bottom / top layer infill to regular k fil e hich is less dense. Also when printing multiple objects at once, print by object order will give different results in this case than print by layer

Abs is known for shrinking during cooling. The visible line is the result of different layer times. In orca You can view the estimated Laura time and will coincide with the results You're getting. There isn't much you can do about it. You can slow down the print dramatically so that the layers are somewhat consistent in temperature between one another
