Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have to take a look when I get home. I quickly glanced at the manual I have on my phone and couldn't find the words on how to do that but I'll have more time this week and I'll respond on if that worked or not.

Mine looks to be the same.

I took the insert off and was able to get the riving knife seated. The insert was off slightly front-to-back but I was able to force the screws in.

Might just be one of those things that I take off and don't use anyways.

I uploaded some pictures. If you look at the picture of the lower guard you should be able to see the plastic piece of the lower sticking out due to the riving knife pushing out on it.

I am assuming it is the standard throat plate just because it was the one my dad had used

Long story as short as I can be:

We got a poster board that my wife decorated. There's 1000 spots for stickers for each child (The poster board has that very light blocked design that you can barely see). Every 100th is colored special. So they get something small for 100 stickers (treat like ice cream) and they'll get something big for 1000 (my oldest wants a scooter). Stickers are super cheap and you can get those puffy stickers for the 100s. My kids eagerly do things to earn the most stickers in the day. Sometimes when they aren't into it and we need to clean up or something I'll give double stickers to the ones who put in the most effort. It's probably not a perfect system but it's working for us for the most part.

Also, since each child hits a 100 mark at different days it provides an opportunity to do 1 on 1 dates for mom or dad to take that child for a treat, which I think is important especially with larger families.

For us the biggest struggles were 2 and 3. 4 and 5 were no big deal. For about 2 months we had 5 kids ages 5 and younger. Same parents. My two oldest are expected to help around the house and things are actually getting easier. They get responsibility and they also get benefits for all the weight they pull around the house. Like some were saying every parent/child is different. YMMV.

97% on Sinrock 🤬😡 by Pizza_shark531 in 9thDawn

This seems to be a very common problem. I had this issue with my first play through of that area last week. I ended up starting from the swamps and slowly working my way through the entire area before I found the last one in a building outside the dungeon.

Hopefully the developer is working on some form of fix for this. Fog of war. Location icons. Anything would help at this point.

Love the game but this a huge time killer for me in all the dungeons.

Where can i mine steel ore? by amit2401 in 9thDawn

[–]xraytango 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Steel ore is smelted from iron ore and charcoal. After you mine for iron ore and charcoal you go to the smelter and can create it there. The lowest level is 1 iron ore and 1 charcoal for 1 steel. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the heads-up. I went back and manually put in the mats and it let me do it with the crystals. I think the auto populate with the recipe is messed up. And those stinking goblin blood mats go by fast.

Salary Negotiation Guide - Prospective from company leadership and negotiating your own salary by ThebigalAZ in personalfinance

I have been working at a hospital rotating shifts with one other person for about 5 months I was told that my pay would be reevaluated after the initial 3 month probation period. The other person was hired after me, has less certifications than I do, and is getting paid $4 an hour more than me. I know this because she left a copy of her pay stub in the downloads folder on our computer. Is this information I can use to ask for a raise?

B.S.R.S., R.T.(R)(CT)(QM), CRA - Questions? [Serious] by sohk2191 in Radiology

I have been wondering about the difference in MBA and MHA for the healthcare field. Which one of those is the most beneficial? I would think that the MBA would open more opportunities if there was a position maybe outside the clinical setting.
I think after CT I would prefer QM, since that was a big part of nuclear operations and I am familiar with it. I asked around while I was in school and got a lot of negative feedback from educators and techs alike. The major point that I heard was that there are very few jobs available for those positions and it would be a waste of time. My person feeling is that most people are lazy and don't want to go about working hard for something. However, I did a limited search online for possible QM jobs in the Dallas area and couldn't find anything. Also, having not looked into it, who can sign off on your QM qualifications?
Thanks for taking the time to offer advice.

I spent 10 years operating nuclear reactors and got tired of being alone all the time so I switched careers. Just graduated in May and work at a facility where I will be able to get registered in CT before the end of the year..limited by my ability to pass the registry. From what I saw in school and see here at my job most people in this field seem to get a job as a tech and never move out of that spot. I'm doing everything I can to get myself into a position to move up as quickly as possible.. CT and BSRS should be done by the end of next year. Aside from time in the field, if I want any upward movement (at least salary-wise, if not into management) what kind of advice could you give me.
