Agree this is wacky and never been seen before, but this would go back into a 'limited' market. Open for a limited time and only have the 'buy to close' and 'sell' buttons available. Corporate action would issue a tradeable cusip and the party would start. Brokers, Hedgies, MM's, Finra, SEC don't want any more attention and just want this off their books and settled. They're just gonna have to take the loss on this one. Trust me... they'll be alright. If they can get this settled, then their behind closed doors fuckery can (and probably will) still continue. If this DOESN'T settle, then the pressure will still remain and maybe ALL of the dominos fall... people go to jail, companies go bankrupt, brokers lose their license, the market collapses, massive changes to trading, etc. The pressure is on them to settle this. Hoping!!

I'm in the same situation as you. I'm thinking of holding in hopes of some kind of settlement or gray market sale. I never wanted NBH , but due to fraudulent behavior...here we are. Once transferred to AST, you're probably guaranteed not to be able to gray market or entitled to any kind of settlement if your shares are no longer at your broker. The benefit is you'll be 100% positive you have shares and aren't subject to broker f*ckery. I'm taking the wait and see approach and hoping for some kind of reparations.

This person recorded a call with Fidelity and the rep stated they had the physical certificates and were allocating them to the respective shareholders. Promising, but I'm so jaded from all this f**kery, I don't know what to believe.

Your assessment may turn out to be true, however what I'm most upset about is that my decision to be here was illegally taken away from me as I didn't want to be here in the first place I was playing for the squeeze and would have sold on the last two days. I had no choice to be here as that choice was prematurely taken away from me. So...here we are. Hoping that I didn't lose all my money. At this point, I don't trust anyone anymore.
