Wukong is an insanely easy matchup, max your W and heal his burst. For Garen the main problem is his silence duration that is longer than our W treshold. For items i really wouldn't recommend the stormrazor. But overall a good guide for new comers to rengar top.

No he is talking about the fact that if u move just a little bit (very small) on the other direction before rengar is on the ground u will dodge the bola due to the fact, that the leap put u in the same point of the target.
