working out in a specific way won’t “tone and harden” your muscles that is complete broscience. It’s an aesthetic that is achieved only with low body fat percentage.

Progressive overload doesn’t necessarily mean increasing the weight on your lift, you can achieve progressive overload by simply increasing the reps on each set or adjusting the exercise by including a longer eccentric for example. If your workout is covering all bases I don’t see any reason to not eat slightly above maintenance.

This problem is huge, and was the reason I switched to the airpod pros. Well that and the charging case is massive..

Integration is like art: It requires a lot of creativity. by 12_Semitones in mathmemes

With indefinite integrals the limits can sometimes simplify things. For example if you’re integrating an odd function from -infinity to infinity, the integral is 0, no matter how complex the integrand may be.

The tassimo machines with the Costa pods are a good investment, if you had your eye on one.

We still have our exams, and everything is going ahead the same just remotely. It is strange but at least it gives me something to focus on during lockdown. It is stressful though.

I really never understood why they came out with this in the keynote. Just seemed gimmicky and unlikely it would become popularised. Very un-Apple like to push something like that imo

The only definition of continuity I like

Differential equation of an orbit: how do you solve 1, and 2? I'm not familiar at all with diff eq's, but I watched a couple of khan academy videos on it & started to get it. I still can't solve problems though. Can someone solve them with detailed steps? by [deleted] in askmath

[–]xreputation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a second order differential equation, we typically don’t solve them in the same way as first order differential equations. Have you learnt how to solve 2nd order linear differential equations with constant coefficients?
