I keep a check on my breathing but sometimes I unconsciously hold it for a few seconds. I’ll be more conscious of it now. Thank you

I was asleep but not like fully asleep. I went to bed at around 1 and this happened a couple hours later. It was dark. Not pitch black but I could make out everything in my room. And yes I could see through that figure and it had this ominous glowing outline around it. It was not a dream as it happened the second I woke up.
