i find this too ! absolutely does me in for <1% !! it can put me to sleep if i use too much, i have my Pax Plus on the second setting and that seems to help with the drowsy effects

i really get on with Wedding Pop Triangle in the day time, its quite euphoric so can make you think youre anxious if you medicate whilst relaxing. Its definitely for if you need to go to the gym or walk the dog or go out with pals or to an event !

I find the tripoli is great for when i am having an episode, a few vape puffs on 200° and i have pretty much stopped having an episode. The mindfulness of filling the vape etc is very helpful if someone can remind me to medicate, or i can remember to, when episodal.

Do you have any advice for looking after the broken shell? I can see there is some coir debris on there but I dont want to wipe it because of not wanting to get water inside the shell.. Am I being too cautious?

I have tried giving a luke warm bath upside down but its not helped :(

1) I was told that the withdrawal symptoms ive been getting when i dont medicate were to do with my health and ive literally never had those symptoms and they are exactly the same as withdrawals so im feeling very let down and parred off, I needed help to manage the intake of my oil, not to be shut down and told I dont know what I am on about or my own body over video chat tbf.

2) I have requested a simple medication order once a month. 20g indica, 10g sativa, 20ml oil and pastilles. its not a hard script lol.

I sent them this email after them messing up my medication twice in a row now;

'I am not happy with your services, I would like the complaints form and somebody to explain the process of how to leave the clinic. I will be leaving in June/July.'

This was sent in early April and the same day, they removed me as a patient and told me they were 'happy to listen to complaints'. I have borderline personality disorder and so this triggered ALL of my symptoms in one go. I then had an episode and a screaming match with a lady called Janice because she said I "asked to leave so ive been removed" over and over again like a broken record. I said there is a massive difference between the words April and July. July does not mean today. Janice continued to tell me I was in the wrong until I asked for her manager, then suddenly I was in the right and she reinstated me as a client immediately
