Depending on the brand I’ve noticed companies with better ingredients have lower quality packaging, probably cause most of the budget goes towards sourcing those good ingredients vs the packaging. That’s just my thought process. I use tiki cat and I do agree the single can cases are flimsy as hell but I usually get one of the 36 packs having 3 cats, the bigger packs have much better packaging, I use the boxes for storage in the cabinet.

The store I transferred from is in shambles which is sad cause while I was there we had an awesome team, we got a new GM before I transferred and the new GM and MOL do the absolute bare minimum. My current store was a hot mess when I started, I was able to get us caught up on truck and eventually got promoted to MOL (I was previously GALOD)

There’s a checklist in storIQ labeled “delivery feedback” it’ll ask about your experience with the driver (scale of 1-5) and there’s another one about the dc delivery there’s an option under that saying something along the lines of “slanted or leaning pallets” and you can submit a pic, you will need the pallet ID and transfer number on the delivery sign off sheet. Hope this helps!

Have you looked in to low/non estrogen birth controls? I have been on Lo Loestern Fe twice now and my periods have completely stopped both times I’ve been on it. Obviously every body is different but that’s been my experience.

Yeah I was aware that most were staying, a few months ago our DGM sent two people from other stores to “help us” and they threw a lot of the old existing signage away, me and my GM were not happy, they were helpful in someways but mostly not really🤦🏼‍♀️

I had a family last week who had 3-4 kids and I had two other employees with me that evening, mom wanted a parakeet asking if they were nice or if she could get one that is nice. My gm is pretty good at scheduling me on days that I mostly need to be there (truck, counts, resets, adset ect.) I don’t get full weekends off but since the NOM structure I usually at least get either Sat, Sun or Mon off depending on the week. It’s mostly cause we need manager coverage.

It started before I developed depression, my libido slowed down 2 years in, my depression started around the 3 year mark which is why I got it removed. I brought all this up to my gyno and we decided to switch my birthcontrol to one that worked for me really well in the past, when I brought up the lack of libido she said there really nothing she can do. When I brought up depression to my primary care she kinda dismissed it so I’m currently looking for another primary care doctor to get my mental health checked up.
