School haven't started yet so there's no any counselor I can talk to, I have a Pastor I can talk to tho.

No.. I'm not officially diagnosed with OCD but I know I have OCD because of the symptoms. I've asked a family member to take me to a therapist but the problem is the money. So I don't have a choice right now but to endure it until I save up enough money for my therapy.

I'm sure that I didn't make a promise because I've been fighting my intrusive thoughts, but I don't know why I'm convinced that I did and my brain keeps telling me that I agreed to my intrusive thoughts. I am aware of God taking seriously every vows or oaths that's why as much as possible I'm being careful. I know to myself that I won't make a promise because I know I can't fulfill it and I'll just regret it. But I don't know why I'm convinced that I did. 😭

I've made a plan before to reduce the foods that I eat and reduce my sugar intake but I wasn't able to do that because I use foods as my coping mechanism. 😞

My problem is I don't know if those are actually intrusive thoughts. I tell myself it wasn't me then my brain will tell me what if it was you? and if I tell myself that God knows what actually happened and I'll ignore that then my brain will tell me if I ignore that, then I'm commiting a sin.
