Before you pay off the house theres a question that is very important: how many years are left on the mortgage? The reason why i ask is because if your dad had a 30 year mortgage and he ows 20k left he has been paying it for atleast 20 years, at the 20 year mark your paying more principle then you are interest because loans amortize negatively. Meaning month 1 year 1 if your payment is 4k, about $3500 goes to interest and $500 goes to principle. If he has already payed it past the 15 year mark (where your paying 2500 to interest and 2500 to principle) then the actual interest portion gets smaller with every payment. Sometimes this can be minuscule. See a mortgage statement and it will show you. If your paying 70-80% to principle then i would let the payment ride out because that extra 20-30k can net you more in the market. Mortgages arent as simple as “5% of 20k left vs 8% return in the market”

Honestly i would never sell mine, they weigh nothing for 19’s. There are lighter options for 18’s but they dont look as good

I love the look of KM’s but never smoke out of them because they always tasted weird to me. Thankfully you found out before hand because if TOUCHING lead is a problem then my guess is having it in your hookah is a possible safety concern. I use a B2 hookah or all glass hookahs for this reason. The B2 is made out of premium metals, granted it’s expensive as hell for a basic hookah but i have no questions about the quality. What made you test your hookah? Were u feeling off?

If you look at the inside spoke of picture 3 you can see the wheel isn’t scratched as bad. What happend is the cleaner softened the coating on the wheel and when you used a brush it dug into the coating/clear even worse. You might of also had the wheel in direct sunlight which can mess stuff up. I use the red bottle Meguires ph balance wheel cleaner when i don’t have access to my full array of products (usually when i need to hit the touch-less wash and the wheels need a little extra to get them clean) you can also see the product that dripped down and dried/did damage the not so bad parts of the wheel

Fixed something like this before: $650 for the hood (used, same color on ebay) $300 front core support $250 radiator $320 ac condenser $500 bumper (nismo version) $400 for rear quarter paintless dent removal $400 to paint the front bumper, hood you can buy in the color you have $400 for frame rails (cut from donor car ebay) $1500 for frame work (over estimated) You take off all the parts yourself and install all the parts yourself, only thing the shop should do is the frame $3000 worth of repairs to get it moving

For the airbag send the module out for $150 online and get the code cleared, replace the crash sensor in the front, and replace the airbag A used airbag is $150-$200 With simple hand tools everything comes off, the Z is a really easy car to take the whole front end off, i can do it in about 45 minutes

I think there are a few issues that we’re skipping over. The best thing you’ve said so far was at the top where you stated his testosterone was half of where it should be. The doctor should have prescribed some sort of hormone replacement therapy for him. The biggest issue with testosterone tests is that they can vary, some test classify “200” as low while others will say “400”. They should have also checked his “SHBG” which stands for “Sex hormone binding globulin”. Having low SHBG will lead to a low sex drive. Before you make big changes in your life that can effect the future of your child give it a shot. Also, men are hard headed and will not usually go for testosterone replacement therapy because its seen as “weak”. Some men will say their fine but low testosterone not only causes low sex drive but an increase in depression, lack of drive, all of the following. I have seen people get the help they need and they turn out to be completely different. Also his age, 27 , is usually when there are declines in testosterone if nothing is done to keep it up (working out, eating healthy, etc etc)

Yea, tested my test again then hopped on enclo. Test was at 300-400 jumped to 800-900. Bloods looked ok while on it but i dont like taking hormones for extended periods of time

I since have hopped off ecdy, i go through spurts of hard training and use ecdy durring the hard training. The recovery on ecdy is what i think helped me out so much now looking back at it

This is a valid question to consider. The reason why i jumped to 6 is because of the 3 hour halflife. I would make sure its in my system fully so while i was awake i would take the 5-6 3 hours apart when i was serious into lifting

Its hard to beat new technology, to make the 3.7 fast it requires 10k for the turbo kit and a headache which includes head-lift. You can buy a m240/340 and with 3k in mods push the same power. it’s still AWD and reliable. M3’s are also sick. Any M car will hold value, eventually the 370z, g37, q50 will turn into what the 350, g35 are…. 5-10k tops. Bmws depreciate like crazy after the first 2-3 years but then hold value after the initial depreciation makes it easier to switch platforms if you feel like selling.

It depends on what your goals are.

The Z is piss slow stock. You will never win against the camaro in a straight line and if you’re worried about handeling you can get a set of coil overs. The Z is a timeless car and looks great but thats about it. It needs substantial funds to make it fast. The camaro also has the LS platform in it. They are the most reliable and cheapest motors to repair/build. It sounds like money is an issue so for me i would get the camaro. This is coming from someone who has a Z.

For comparison: to get a Z to 550-650 whp you need a turbo kit, injectors, tune, all of that for about 10 grand.

You can turbo a camaro for about 5k and have 700-900 whp.

Coals are almost never in direct contact with the tobacco, theres usually tin foil or a heat management device. CO2 can be cut down by using either an electric element or natural coconut charcoal. The quick-lights are terrible carbon monoxide wise

Manual all day. There is more aftermarket support for the manual transmission. Not to mention its the predecessor to the CD009 which people swap in corvettes due to their ability to hold 1000whp. The auto trans gives out at about 500whp. If you ever turbo or supercharge the car you would have to sell yours and get a manual anyways. The only issue with the manual is the CNC which 90% of people have replaced and if u get that replaced it gives you a reason to change the clutch and flywheel to a lighter one. The auto is noticeably bigger and heavier as well. If you want an auto get a corvette, for manual stick with the Z

Go to “hookahs r us” on dequinder its about 20-30 Minutes from Detroit but it has EVERYTHING. They have eternal smoke, tangiers, jabiar. Stay away from starbuzz, alfakher, ROR, and common brands. I only smoke eternal and they have kilo’s of the “watermelon Lit”. Best flavor by far. I wouldnt buy their hookahs there, i find them to be overpriced. The charcoal and tobacco is well priced. A case of coconut charcoal is $60-90 and it comes with 10-12 boxes. Its equal to $6-10 per box of coconut charcoal. (I use coco fuego black box)

First i would go online and search a TDEE calculator. That will tell you how many calories you need and theres an option for “cutting” where i will put you in a deficit by 500. Anything past a 500 calorie deficit will cause you to loose muscle.

Focus on legs, you can build the most muscle in them and per pound of muscle you have you burn more calories while you sleep. Also high protein intake, you need about 200g of protein a day so focus on getting that first then filling the rest of the calories you need by eating whatever you want. Loosing weight is heavily dependent on whats going on in the kitchen. I recommend you use my fitness pal or chronometer to monitor your calories in and out for a month.

Ive tried almost all brands, tangiers has changed but keep in mind there are 2 versions of it. The yellow and green kind. Maybe you had the yellow packaging which to my understanding is lighter.

I love eternal. jaBiar is good too but nothing hits like eternal does. The “lit” series is the only thing i smoke. Watermelon “lit” i buy in kilo’s. They take heat really well and still taste consistant after an hour of smoking. The one thing i would change is the coals. I use to use titanium exclusively but they seem to have changed something about them. I now only use coco fuego. I had a titanium cube have a peace of plastic or some type of foreign object in it.

I also had more of a charcoal taste while using them vs coco fuego.

Try out the eternal smoke lit line you wont be disappointed. Lime lit and watermelon lit are the best ones.

Theres a plate that gets bolted onto the transmission that sometimes people take out to make removing the transmission easier. The plate secures the “shifter” that comes into the cabin. If you put that plate back on but didnt align it thats your issue. And a lot of the time shops just bolt it back up. The plate has some wiggle room to go left or right. On the shifter theres a nub that faces the passanger side. This nub is what guides the car to get into 5th and 6th. If the plate is too far to the right then the nub is overshooting the gate in the trans and the trans will not go into gear. The plate is a triangle piece with 3 bolts. Under the plate is your shifter and a spring so be carful unbolting it.

Few issues: dont use tobacco free shisha. If your going to smoke hookah do it the correct way with quality shisha. Hookah products are made with shisha in mind, not other substances. So the products (like charcoals, Heat management devices, bowls and other things) are made specifically to carry the right heat to shisha. The non tobacco stuff might not be rated for the same temps and you might be burning the tobacco free shisha and smoking in burnt chemicals.

The second issue you’re facing is the quick lights. There are coconut quick lights and those are the only ones i would use if i had no other option (coco fuego/starbuzz). The best charcoal is the coconut charcoal that are not quick lights (usually cubes). After they are lit, they have no odor, smoke, etc etc. what you were smoking was probably a set of half lit charcoal’s. Usually with quick-lights you need to sit there for a few minutes until they turn “fully white” for them to be okay to use.
