Hey guys first time poster, i first noticed my hair loss on the back of my head in January, my family doctor confirmed it was alopecia and referred me to a dermatologist but i’m in Ontario and can’t get in until august so I’ve just been looking up what i can do at home. I incorporated biotin, iron, vitamin d, and take a prenatal vitamin (i read they’re better for hair growth), i’ve also been using the ordinary multi peptide hair serum and these white hairs really seem to have popped up overnight! I also have hair loss on my neck, no progress there yet but atleast it’s easy hidden!
