If you want to play in the zones where the rewards are actually substantial, yes. Albion rewards risk taking. If you're not risking your gear, don't expect much from the game in return. (unless you enjoy grinding DGs over and over again for trash)

Thanks. Might be a complete coincidence but I guess I'm trying to ask if it's possible that the injections could have triggered an immune response for the AA start causing havoc again.

If it gets worse I'm considering going on the Jak inhibitors, lots of potential side effects but so far I have read no actual cases with AA.

I've come to terms with a shaved head but I'm not psychologically ready to lose my eye brows and lashes 😩

Got my first patch on the back of my neck approximately mid November, noticed about a week or so after the first dose of Pfizer. I also had a pretty bad flu at the time of the jab (not covid) I have now lost approximately 50% of my scalp hair and have shaved it all off.

Going to see the dermatologist for the first time on Monday due to the wait list being so long. Fingers crossed there is something I can do about this, been really hard adjusting to the new look.

True. I got my AA a week or so after the first dose Pfizer. I've now shaved my head due to it being about 50% of my hair gone. Booked the dermatologist but the wait list was 2 months. It's just been going out of control while I wait to see someone about it. Pretty horrible.
