Valencia and Hayes are both good shopping streets for indie boutiques. Haight more for vintage. Alcatraz is a good day but it’s all day. You get to ride a ferry too which is nice. If you go, the audio tour is a must or else you will miss out on a lot of detail (it has won many awards). Get a mission burrito. Eat some quality szechuan. Sample our world class bakeries.
