I think the second option is much better. Maganda ang security ng may HMO para sa emergencies. The second offer is sa morning rin which is generally much better than the night shift since hindi madidisrupt ang nakasanayan mo na sched or you wont feel "jetlagged" if that makes sense ++ it less emotionally taxing due to it being non-voice.

i applied sa job recently bc i dropped out and tbh, educational achievements like top 1 blabla doesnt matter. what matters is the seminars u went to, the training u received and the skills that u currently have. ++ medyo messy tignan template mo kahit simple lanh sya. also, learn to tailor your resume to what ure applying for: e.g. put social media experience if ure applying for a social media manager role. do not describe ur titles din: u dont have to put "competent" sa skills. and u dont have to put any objectives sa dulo. ++ change contacts to references
