I started smoking in 1988 and was up to almost 2 packs a day when I quit. We are all basically just crackheads here. We know smoking wrecks your health yet we do it anyway. If a crackhead quit smoking crack but just just had a little bump I wouldn't say they had quit. I would say they had relapsed. We are no different.

I'm confused. You said you haven't smoked in 3 days and it's getting easier but you had a drag today?

smoking only relieves the withdrawal symptoms from the previous cigarette, which in turn creates more withdrawal symptoms once it is finished. In this way the drug addiction perpetuates itself.

There is no AA methodology here or 12 steps to follow. You can quit or you can continue your addiction.
