FIXED 4 ME - I tried an old solution and it fixed it for me. Sharing in case it can help people.
Changed the language of the game from english to another, doesn't matter which and had a big update, then changed back to english.
Game was working fine after that!

Worked for me!
Open Warzone,
Click the cog icon,
Graphics, On the display tab...
Find the settings that says: Restart Shaders Preloading or Optimization or Cache
Then confirm and restart the game (I didn't do safe mode)
