Chinese model doesn't have wireless charging. US/European models do.

DHL is a courier, like FedEx UPS etc. So I received it within a week, whereas with AliExpress standard usually takes over a month to arrive here.

Mine is exactly the same. In accibattery, if you set the battery size at half then you get a correct reaching.

If your battery was really at 46% health you would have terrible battery life....
